Expert Care
On-site Medical Staff – Registered Nurse
Parkshore Senior Campus in St. Louis Park, MN, offers Senior Apartments, Assisted Living, Dementia Care and Respite/Short Stay for our residents, all with expert care available. We understand that you may need different levels of home, personal and clinical care at every stage of senior life. Our senior campus has an on-site medical staff and a registered nurse to provide excellent clinical and personalized care for our senior residents. We also utilize LifeSprk, the leader in whole-person senior care, to ensure each resident receives the level of care needed.
When new residents move into Assisted Living, Reflections Dementia Care or Respite at Parkshore, our registered nurse and on-site medical staff provide assessments for care needs. We carefully assess home, clinical and personal care needs for each individual before move-in and monitor care needs routinely – usually every 30 days or after any hospital stay or medical incident. Our medical staff completes resident care plans and monitors medications and other health regimens as needed.

The above list is not all-inclusive – every resident may choose to have different services included with their senior care plan or package. We customize the services provided by our Resident Assistants and home care staff to meet each resident’s specific needs and budget.
Parkshore’s Reflections Dementia Care Program has Resident Assistants and aids specially trained to provide the specific care needed for those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia-related conditions.

Physical Therapy
At Parkshore senior community, physical therapy services are available on-site at our campus in St. Louis Park. Physical therapy and rehabilitation are available for our full-time senior Dementia Care and Assisted Living residents and temporary respite and short-stay residents.
Physician Partners
Parkshore Senior Campus medical staff, nurses and Resident Assistants work with our physician partners who offer medical assistance on determining the best care options and services for our senior residents.
Hospice
Our On-site Registered Nurses and clinical staff at Parkshore in St. Louis Park, MN, works with third-party Medicare Certified Hospice to provide exceptional care for our residents in our Assisted Living community.
